1. Information We Collect

Tech Ventures 100 collects personal information you voluntarily submit through our consultation request forms, including your name, email address, phone number, U.S. state of residence, preferred contact time, and any source or referral information. We also collect technical information automatically when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, and pages viewed, for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to contact you about a private SpaceX pre-IPO consultation, verify your accreditation status, present available allocation, and comply with applicable securities, anti-money-laundering, and tax-reporting regulations. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.

3. Information Sharing

We share information only with: (a) the senior advisor assigned to your inquiry; (b) third-party service providers under written confidentiality (hosting, email delivery, accreditation verification); (c) counsel and compliance partners when required to document a transaction; and (d) regulators or law enforcement when legally compelled. We do not share your information with marketing partners or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory record-keeping requirements applicable to private securities transactions, which may extend several years beyond the close of any relationship.

5. Security

We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, restricted-access databases, and least-privilege access controls. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but treat every reasonable measure as required.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand site traffic and to improve the experience. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. Your browser’s privacy controls and Do Not Track signal will be honored where technically feasible.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our practice evolves or as regulations change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
